剛入住就發現被子上汙漬就告知前台讓更換，但最終是沒有更換。最離譜的是，我在最初預訂時就付了兩晚的房款，平台提示衹需要到店付城市稅，到店後我們付了120歐按金，説是城市稅會在按金里扣除。退房時扣除了32歐城市稅，剛離開酒店就發現在不知情的情況下信用卡被扣了242.72歐，就立即和訂房網站及酒店聯繫，都説是扣錯了，會馬上操作退回，大概一週後到賬。大概10天左右退款沒到賬，與訂房網站平台聯繫，很快就得到答覆，説酒店回覆操作錯誤致使退款沒有到賬，讓再等一週，我們就又等了一週還是無果，期間我讓酒店把轉款憑證截圖發我郵箱裡，遲遲沒有結果，經過與訂房網站溝通，由平台先期把錢退給我，後續他們再和酒店溝通。這種酒店太坑了，同時也為訂房網站點贊，回覆很快，效率高，這次如果是自己定的酒店這個錢估計是要不回來了。

It's a nice hotel, we enjoy our stay. The room is not big, we can barely open luggages at room. The room is equipped with a small refrigerate and water heater. They offer lemon water downstairs and there's a small football toy to play in the hall. The breakfast is free for kids, although it's not a wide range. There's a supermarket and a fruit shop nearby. There's a metro station close, which costs only 2 min by walk. It's a recommendable hotel. 酒店不錯，雖然房間不大，配有熱水壺和迷你冰箱；但大堂里有供應檸檬水果水，還有個足球檯可以玩。 旁邊就有歐尚超市，買點吃的東西很方便；還有個水果店。 地鐵站很近，走路2分鐘左右。 性價比值得推薦。

自由地鐵站出口很方便，周邊餐飲和超市都很方便，對面還有一個葯粧店，性價比很高。 這個房間號是222，衞生間很大，真的無可挑剔，很棒。

在巴黎酒店退房時，還有隱形收費，卻告訴我要付什麼國家收費之類的東西，我訂了三個房卻收了177.45歐元，要從我的按金內扣。

I am used to take novotel but I must say this one isn't so good. Rooms don't really have air-conditioning. They a air system that blow a very little air but when it gets hot in the room, don't expect to feel better. This should be clearly mentioned as it is supposed to be a 4 stars. Regarding the location, it's not bad. Close to the subway and bus. You also have the bois de boulogne (park) nearby. Which is nice by day but a nightmare in the evening. We have tried the restaurant of the hotel. The guy is nice but alone. He is doing the job and the food is decent. But if we have to organise a 訂房網站 in advance, I would try to avoid this place in the future. It needs to upgrade itself...

房間中規中矩，夏天最大的問題是沒有空調，需要用風扇，還好巴黎不那麼熱，開風扇睡覺基本上也能接收，不過離店後酒店信用卡扣款16歐，銀行在和酒店交涉

Le personnel était très sympathique, malgré qu’on sent que c’est un ancien nouveau hôtel, les installations sont correctes dans l’ensemble, je conseille cet hôtel
